Assemble the circular metal arch frame by connecting the push-pin tubes. Use the electric pump to inflate balloons, slide the knots into the balloon tape strip, and attach the strip to the frame stand using ribbon or glue dots.
Arch frame stand and electric balloon pump must be returned in the original storage box. Balloons are for single-use and do not need to be returned.

Pack the metal tubes and electric pump back into the box and return it on or before the rental end date.
A deduction of ₹1,000 will apply if the metal arch stand is returned damaged or incomplete. A deduction of ₹500 will apply if the electric pump is damaged or missing.
